How To Store Simit?

You can store freshly baked simit in a sealed container for a couple of days. Make sure to reheat in a pan closing the lid, on both sides to regain its crunchiness. It is also suitable to toast it in the toaster after cutting from the side with a serrated knife.

To keep it fresh for a longer time, freeze the ones you are not going to eat the next day in a freezer bag. Let them thaw at room temperature and reheat as suggested.
