Preparing white cheese filling for easy Turkish borek
  1. Crumble the white cheese with fork and add chopped parsley if you use.
  2. Thawed the puff pastry for 10-15 minutes at room temperature before you are going to use them. It should bend withouth breaking so we can shape it. Sprinkle flour on countertop and roll out one piece of dough into thin rectangular.
  3. Cut the pastry to make two long strips and fill with cheese filling along the long side. Fold and seal.
  4. Begining from the middle swirl the piece to shape (please refer to the video) and continue to shape the puff pastry dough and cheese until you fill the pan or it is finished. If you can’t find round pan use rectangular, it’s fine 🙂
