“Mantı” is a Turkish-style dumpling or ravioli, and It’s a traditional and trendy dish in Turkey loved by everyone. I will show you how to make manti with all the details you need to know, with vegetarian and vegan versions, how to serve and how to store it in the freezer.

The traditional shape of the Turkish mantı is this cute bundle-like shape.
The first and most preferred filling is minced meat filling. The size is up to you but traditionally the size is small.
This is one of the classic shapes of manti “Hıngel” especially famous as a “çerkez mantısı” Caucasian mantu.
It has potato filling but can be made with various fillings too.
