This was delicious! I recently returned from a 2 week vacation in your beautiful country where I was served this dish on a boat in the Ageaen. Every single dish served on that boat (and elsewhere in Turkey) was so delicious. Before going on your vacation we watched lots of your youtube videos which made us very excited to try the many deklicious foods in Turkey. This recipe came out perfectly. I served it with your recipe for lentil soup, a salad and yogurt. The meal took us straight back to Turkey. To tell you the truth, while walking around the beautiful city of Istanbul, my husband and I kept hoping that we would run into you so that we could say “hello” and thank you for all of your wonderful recipes! Thank you!
