A real Turkish home, a real Turkish kitchen, not only a cooking class but a real Turkish meal.

Turkish home cooking class

I’m Ayşenur — a chef and food creator who’s shared Turkish recipes online for 20 years. Now I’m inviting you into my own home studio kitchen in Istanbul, where I film my videos, to cook a real Turkish meal together and share it the way we do here: at the table, with tea, with stories, like family.

Hands-on Turkish baking class

Traditional Turkish Home Cooking

This is the food Turkish families actually eat — not restaurant plates, but the real thing, made from scratch, the way I learned it.

Together we’ll cook a seasonal menu that always includes:

  • A main dish — baked köfte with potatoes, alinazik, or karnıyarık, depending on the season
  • Fluffy buttery rice pilav with orzo
  • A fresh salad — çoban salatası, ezme, or cacık
  • A traditional dessert — şekerpare, or apricot with kaymak
  • Turkish şerbet to drink, and Turkish tea to finish

You’ll leave full, and with the confidence to make it again at home.

This is the workshop for anyone who’s ever thought baklava was too complicated to make at home. I promise you, it isn’t.

What Makes This Different

This isn’t a cooking demo. It’s an invitation into my home.

Turkish cooking class experience – making dolma

We cook together in my actual home studio kitchen in Bahçeşehir — the same kitchen where I film my recipes for my channel. You’re not watching a performance; you’re part of a real Turkish home cooking session, the way it’s done in Anatolian and Ottoman kitchens.

  • 20 years of sharing Turkish recipes online, now in person
  • Specializing in Turkish home cooking, Ottoman cuisine, and Anatolian traditions
  • Small, personal groups — this feels like being hosted by family, not attending a class
  • Seasonal menus, because that’s how real Turkish cooking works

A Few Questions You Might Have

Do I need any cooking experience?
None at all — every recipe is taught step by step, and it’s designed to feel easy and fun, whatever your skill level.

Can I book privately, just for my group?
Yes — private bookings are available on request. I also run scheduled small-group sessions

Is Bahçeşehir far from the city center?
It’s a bit outside the main tourist areas, but many guests tell me it’s worth the trip for a real, quiet, local experience — away from the crowds, in an actual Turkish home.
